Could you please tell me where is the nearest place to get the figures as we have been trying to for some time now, or could we order direct from the factory? Thank you. |
| Sugarlump Studio Comments |
I'm afraid we don't usually sell our figures directly, but there are quite a lot of shops which have mail order or on-line ordering facilities (please see our Shops section for details). If you're really stuck, please contact us directly at the Studio and we'll point you in the right direction. |

As a kid I had a Roundabout collection from some jelly offer. This included the charactors of two birds (Twit and Tweet?), and a spider (Esmerelda?). Are we likely to see these, and is anyone sure of their names? |
| Sugarlump Studio Comments |
The two birds were actually called Tweet and Tweet-Tweet. The other character you mention was called Lady Penelope, although she was also known as the Spider Knitting Lady. These lesser-known characters might well appear as Sugarlump Studio miniatures in the future but there are no plans at present. |

Hiya!!! Bagpuss is sooooooooooooooo cool! I love him. I have a soft toy Bagpuss which says 'Mmm... it's nice to have a cuddle!' and a huge poster on the back of my door! How much is the Bagpuss figurine??? C ya! Emu. |
| Sugarlump Studio Comments |
Recommended retail prices will hopefully be included on the web site soon! In the meantime, I can say that Bagpuss is usually sold for £24.95. |

Hello, I collect anything to do with Bagpuss, and I love your collection of figurines. Sadly there are no stockists near me... is there any way I can buy them mail order off you? I would be really chuffed!!!!!!!! |

Who said the Internet is full of uncontrolled sites containing dross of no interest to anyone? They ought to take a look at yours. FANTASTIC!! Stored in my 'Favourites' as soon as I found it! Pity no example prices are quoted though.
P.S. Why no authorised stockists in a city the size of Leeds? I have to trail all the way to a tiny place named Horbury in Wakefield! |
| Sugarlump Studio Comments |
Recommended retail prices will hopefully be included on the web site soon! I'm sorry there's nowhere in Leeds which sells our figures at present... in the meantime it might be worth considering shops which have mail order or on-line facilities (please see our Shops section for details). |

Absolutely brilliant website. I discovered the Herb figures whilst on holiday in Hastings last year and have made a return trip just to buy your figures. I have only just discovered your website by searching it would have helped if your stickers on the boxes had this web site address on it so others know you exist. Now I know I can buy these figures closer to home in Beckenham and Greenwich which will save on petrol. Hoorah! |

What a fabulous web site!!!!! I have only recently discovered the internet and the first thing I typed in was Bagpuss. What a wonderful web site. Does anybody know where I can buy a bagpuss keyring from? Are there any shops in Liverpool that sell the Sugarlump Studio figures? Keep up the good work! |

This is a very good site, but it's a shame that you don't tell us the price of the figures. I don't want to waste money buying over priced figures. |

I think the Bagpuss collection is great but if they are collectable they should surely be retired more regularly. I also found this website that people might find interesting... http://www.geocities.com/TelevisionCity/1011/index.html |

I have seven figurines from the Herbs collection. Is there a Rosemary, Bayleaf, to come? Doesn't seem to be many places where they can be obtained. |

The web site is fantastic and well presented and it lets me know which figures I need to complete my collection. I am struggling to find a shop that sells either BUXTON or the POTTING SHED (both retired) which I need desperately to complete my collection. If anybody knows of such an outlet can you e-mail me and I would be very greatful. |

I'm a big fan of Parsley the Lion and his friends (Dill - mucho cuteo)! I've actually just gone and registered the website address parsleythelion.com - not sure, however, what I'm going to do with it, but as there seems to be very little for us meager Parsley fans, I might design a site dedicated to our little furry friend! Love the figures, I'm slowly collecting the lot. Unfortunately, the shop in Birmingham where I was purchasing them has recently closed, so I'm on the look out for another outlet. Looks like a job for Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys! |

I love the Bagpuss figurines! I bought my son the Professor Yaffle one, to mark his birth (24/01/01), and amazingly at only 8 weeks old he managed to buy me Bagpuss!! Are there any plans to bring out figurines of Madeline and the mice? |
